March 23, 2010.   We had a spring tease last week with record high temperatures and a taste of what we have all been waiting for, unfortunately we are back to more normal type weather for early spring.  The snow is melted off the golf course and the frost has steadily been coming out of the ground.  Most of the turf is still dormant and we are still assessing turf conditions.  I have started to call back some of the grounds staff and the clean-up work has begun.  April 15 will be here before we know it, luckily we have March Madness and the Master’s to keep us occupied until then.
