Membership Information

Membership at Taconic Golf Club is presently available. Criteria for joining Taconic as a regular member is stated below:

• Applications for membership are initiated by two members, a proposer and a seconder, who are responsible for seeing to it that the proposed member is known by at least two members of the board of directors.

• To join Taconic Golf Club as a resident member, a person must own a residence (or rent as their primary residence) within a 50-mile radius of the club.

• A small number of non-resident memberships, as determined by the Board on an annual basis, are available for individuals living beyond a 50-mile radius of the club who are not Williams College alumni. An individual who owns a residence or has substantial use of a home within the 50-mile radius is not eligible for non-resident membership
